We have been always a fan of Google nexus series running pure android with full user customization and a gateway to latest updates.The new leaked device Shamu also named as Nexus 6 is not at a phone its a Phablet with 5.92 inch display as rumored from 9to5google .The handset will be based on Moto X with few minor tweaks to make it easier to use.
Design and specs:
According to the leaked specs from 9to5google display size will be of 5.92-inch 1440p with pixel density of 498ppi. The volume and power button will moved further towards center for easier use,overall design would remain the same with aluminium outer frame,curved rear and forward-facing speakers.
the device is powered with Snapdragon quard-core 805 processor clocked at 2.5GHz with 3GB of RAM .
Storage isn't fixed yet but as far as Nexus smartphones go we can expect with 16GB and 32 GB configurations with no microsd slot.
Coming to the camera, the handset is provided with 13mp of rear camera capable of shooting 4K videos and 2mp shooter infront.
Interestingly, we'er yet to become aware of device running 64-bit Android L. we are'nt quite sure that the device will come with big "M" at the back.&Finally, as for all of Motorola’s awesome custom software features, it is our understanding that this Nexus device, despite its similarities to Moto’s official lineup, will lack features like Moto Assist and Quick Capture.
